Hotel Terms & Conditions (Standard Template) 1. General Policy By checking in to the hotel, guests agree to all terms and conditions listed below. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating hotel rules or local laws. 2. Reservation & Check-In Valid ID (NIC/Passport/Driving License) is required at check-in. Check-in time: [e.g., 2:00 PM] Check-out time: [e.g., 12:00 PM] Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 3. Payments & Charges Full payment may be required at check-in. Additional charges may apply for: Room service Minibar items Damages or missing items Late check-out Accepted payment methods: Cash / Card / Bank Transfer / Online Payment (customize as needed). 4. Guest Behavior Guests must: Respect other guests and hotel staff. Avoid loud noise after 10:00 PM. Not engage in illegal activities within hotel premises. The hotel may evict guests without refund for unacceptable behavior. 5. Visitors Visitors are allowed only with prior approval from the front desk. Visitors must leave before [e.g., 10:00 PM]. Overnight visitors are not allowed unless registered. 6. Room Care & Damage Policy Guests are responsible for: Any damage to hotel property Missing items Stains, burns, or breakage The hotel will charge repair or replacement costs to the guest. 7. Smoking Policy Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms. A cleaning fee may be charged for violating the policy. Designated smoking areas are provided. 8. Pets Pets are not allowed unless the hotel specifies a pet-friendly policy. Additional charges may apply for pet-friendly rooms. 9. Safety & Security CCTV is used in public areas for security. No monitoring devices exist inside rooms. Guests must secure valuables in the room safe (if available). The hotel is not responsible for the loss of items not secured properly. 10. Housekeeping Housekeeping hours: [e.g., 8 AM – 5 PM] “Do Not Disturb” signs will be respected. Rooms may be entered after 24 hours of continuous DND for guest safety. 11. Liability The hotel is not liable for: Injuries caused by guest negligence Lost or stolen personal belongings Events beyond hotel control (power failures, natural disasters, strikes, etc.) 12. Prohibited Activities Guests must not: Damage hotel property Use the room for commercial activities without approval Cook using heating appliances not provided by the hotel Engage in illegal or disturbing behavior 13. Emergency Situations Guests must follow staff instructions during: Fire alarms Evacuations Medical emergencies 14. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellation terms depend on the booking type (refundable or non-refundable). No-shows may be charged the full booking amount. 15.
